Cedar Park’s ElementUSA Turns Waste into a Strategic Resource

A Cedar Park innovator is helping reshape how the United States secures the critical minerals essential to advanced manufacturing, energy infrastructure and national defense.

At the center of this work is ElementUSA’s Critical Resource Accelerator in Cedar Park. The advanced research and development facility brings together scientists, engineers and industry partners to analyze materials, develop recovery processes and scale those solutions from the laboratory toward commercial production.

ElementUSA was recently featured in Site Selection magazine’s article, “Our Waste Can Address the U.S. Mineral Crisis.”  Written by Alexis Elmore, the article highlights the company’s pioneering approach to recovering valuable minerals from industrial waste streams and other overlooked domestic resources.
