FUSE Cedar Park Ready to Break Ground
Cedar Park’s growing innovation ecosystem is getting another major addition with FUSE Workspace, which plans to develop a new Class A coworking and flexible office destination in the community.
The project was supported by a performance-based incentive from the Cedar Park Economic Development Corporation in April 2023, helping bring a highly amenitized workspace designed to accommodate companies ranging from entrepreneurs and startups to larger corporate teams. FUSE’s flexible model will allow businesses to expand their footprint as they grow—an increasingly important asset for Cedar Park’s fast-growing technology ecosystem.
The new space at 801 Central Park Dr. is expected to be about 36,000 square feet and will overlook Cedar Park Town Center. The location is in its final planning phases, but Fuse is hoping to break ground in early 2027 with a goal of opening by mid-2028.
The new FUSE Cedar Park will also complement the City’s partnership with Plug and Play Cedar Park, which is recruiting and accelerating dozens of high-growth companies across deep-tech sectors including semiconductors, artificial intelligence, aerospace and defense, advanced manufacturing, robotics and mobility. For startups evaluating Cedar Park as a place to establish or grow their headquarters, FUSE will provide an attractive landing spot with professional offices, meeting space and the flexibility to scale alongside their business.
Together, investments like FUSE Workspace and Plug and Play Cedar Park are helping build the infrastructure needed to make Cedar Park one of Central Texas’ premier destinations for entrepreneurs, innovators and high-growth technology companies.
