Holt Lunsford to develop industrial project in Cedar Park

Cedar Park is set to get a nearly 300,000-square-foot industrial development after a Dallas-based firm purchased 22 acres in the Williamson County city.

Holt Lunsford Commercial Investments, which has an industrial portfolio of more than one million square feet in the Austin area, purchased the property for an undisclosed amount, according to an announcement. The firm cited an influx of other major developments to Cedar Park and the city’s economic growth as reasons for investing there.
