Wright One Inc. Relocates Headquarters to Cedar Park, Expanding Central Texas’ aerospace and hardware technology Cluster

10.23.2025

Cedar Park, Texas — Wright One Inc., a hardware company developing high-efficiency fan and electric turbine technologies, has selected Cedar Park for its new headquarters. The company’s platform targets cooling and propulsion applications that touch multiple future-forward sectors—from data centers and crypto-mining to drones and emerging urban air mobility (“flying cars”).

Wright One’s move underscores Cedar Park’s appeal to inventive, scaling firms that need access to engineering talent, collaborative partners, and a pro-growth business climate. The company plans to create 164 new jobs and invest over $15 million in their new facility as it commercializes its modular fan/turbine products, positioning Cedar Park as a launchpad for advanced manufacturing and deep-tech R&D.

“From my very first visit, the people of Cedar Park made me feel genuinely welcome. The city’s leadership didn’t just open doors — they removed barriers,” said Justin McAfee, Founder & CEO. “For a company like Wright One, that level of local engagement means everything. The incentives Cedar Park provides don’t just help us grow — they completely accelerated our trajectory. They’ve eliminated the typical hurdles startups face when scaling advanced manufacturing in the U.S.

Having built in other cities before, I can say without hesitation that Cedar Park stands apart. Here, innovation isn’t just a slogan — it’s a partnership. This is the kind of environment where breakthrough technologies truly take flight.”

“Our city is winning the companies that build what’s next,” said Arthur Jackson, Chief Economic Development Officer. “Wright One’s choice affirms Cedar Park as a place where cutting-edge technology can be designed, tested, and produced at scale.”

Wright One’s technology roadmap—spanning refurbish-able CPU cooling hardware to electric turbine components—aligns with regional strengths in semiconductors, cloud, and space-adjacent innovation, creating opportunities for supplier networks and local job growth.
