Through collaboration with our local K–12 school district, Leander ISD, as well as two-year colleges, four-year universities, and a variety of training providers, we’re building strong connections across every stage of the talent pipeline for all industry sectors.

From students in our education system to individuals transitioning from military service into civilian careers, Cedar Park is committed to supporting all pathways into our workforce.

We also work closely with the Texas Workforce Commission and our Workforce Solutions–Rural Capital Area partners to help employers identify and access upskilling opportunities, workforce grants, and funding resources.

By fostering partnerships and assisting in the creation of apprenticeship, internship, and other workforce pipeline programs, we’re helping employers fill high-demand positions and strengthening our region’s economic ecosystem.

WSRCA also recognizes the importance of accessible, affordable child care. Its Child Care Services (CCS) program helps parents work or attend training by offering tuition assistance for children up to 12 years old, or 18 years old for children with disabilities. The CCS team also provides technical support and training to local child care providers, ensuring quality care options for the Cedar Park community.
